Registration
Process
cyLogistics is a distributor in the true sense of the word. cyLogistics
will only sell to resellers and resellers must be registered with
cyLogistics. To make sure the registration process is completed
quickly with little or no delay, we have provided the following
three step process.

Submit company references to establish terms |

3.
Submit a Certificate of Exemption for California businesses
only |
For
credit card orders, complete Step 1.
For
30 day terms, complete Step 1. & 2.
For California businesses, also complete Step 3.

2.Submit company references to establish terms

3.California
Businesses submit a Certificate of Exemption
Before we can
sell to a reseller, the law requires that we have a certificate
of exemption on file for all resellers in our state of business(CA).
Would you kindly fill out completely (Click
here to download Certificate of Exemption)
and sign the
universal exemption certificate below and return it to: Cylogistics,
